The IMAP 60 GS CAR TOWING TRUCK was designed especially for towing and rescuing small and big sized vehicles, such as: cars, light and heavy trucks and road implements. Its design is optimized for operations that required major pull force, in a cost efficient and safe way. For that purpose, it has 2 truck pulling cranes, lifting and pulling telescopic boom, transport drawbar, which allows the execution of more versatile tasks.

1 – Configuration:

1.1 – Metal body with side trunks, according to the vehicle’s dimensions and wheelbase.
1.2 – Truck pulling cranes, quantity: 2.
1.3 – Maximum boom reach extended in relation to the ground: 5.1 m.
1.4 – Maximum extended boom reach: 3 m
1.5 – Maximum extended reach drawbar: 2.8 m.
1.6 – Hydraulic driven outrigger shoes.

2 – Capacity:

2.1 – Truck pulling cranes, quantity: 2 to 30 tons.
2.1.1 – Dragging speed 1 leg: 5.4 m/min approximately.
2.2 – Drawbar: 6 to 10 tons.
2.3 – Telescopic boom: 6500 kgf to 11900 kgf.

3 – Actuation:

All items are hydraulic driven, by means of levers or remote control functions.
3.1 – Telescopic boom: Hydraulic (with mechanic locking).
3.2 – Telescopic shoes: Hydraulic (with mechanic locking).
3.3 – Drawbar: Hydraulic telescoping and hydraulic cylinder lifting. Unlocking with pneumatic actuation, equipped with safety chains to prevent it from moving.
3.4 – Truck pulling cranes: Hydraulic with locking brakes. Pneumatic unlocking.
3.5 – Actuation power: from 35 HP.

4 – Body:

4.1 – Items on chassis built on MIG welded high resistance boards.
4.2 – Side trucks built on steel board with locker.

5 – Hydraulic Circuit:

5.1 – Working pressure: 170 kgf/cm².
5.2 – Pump actuated by power take-off.
5.3 – 52/40 cc/rev double hydraulic pump.
